A combination lecture and wet lab for veterinarians.
Interactive lecture topics include:
- Pain management in oral surgery
- Periodontal surgery
- Steps to surgical extractions
The laboratory following the lectures will allow the veterinarian to practice local anesthetic techniques, open and closed root planing and curettage, use of perioceutic, gingivectomy, and surgical extractions on dog and cat specimens. Each participant will have their own work station.
All equipment for the laboratory will be provided.
Participants may wish to bring magnification and a scrubtop.
Registration fee includes: Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, seminar, seminar notes, and continuing education credits.
